FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: roller-paddle gear machine includes outside shell-shaped rotor 1 with inner engagement. On rotor 1 there are large modular teeth-paddles 3 with possibility of sliding along cylindrical part of surface of inside stator 8. In bores of stator 8 there is one or two separating rollers 6, on the surface of which cavities 5 of large modular engagement are made, which are conjugated at rotation with teeth-paddles 3 of rotor 1 and arranged diametrically. Cavities 5 are geometrically conjugated with small modular teeth 7 of synchronising gear mechanism, which are made on cylindrical part of separating rollers 6. Teeth-paddles 3 of rotor 1 are geometrically adjacent to cavities of small modular teeth 4 of the synchronising gear mechanism. Supply and discharge channels 9 of working medium are interconnected with connecting holes of the cover plate of stator 8 and with large inter-roller chamber 15 near separating rollers 6.
EFFECT: increasing working volume of the machine, simplifying the design, reducing its metal consumption, undesired vibrations and hydraulic losses.
