FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ventilation with forced air circulation, for example heat removal from heated computer elements by coolers. Device consists of heater with gills, frame for control diagram card and fan fixing including electric motor with bladed rotor. Rotor is represented as cup-shaped rotor with cylindrical and end surface directed to heat-removing surface of heater. Besides each blade of rotor is in helical position with regard to cylindrical and end surfaces of rotor. Blades are represented as helical surfaces similar to L-shaped elements of cone surface. They may be scimitar with direct scimitar shape on cylindrical part of rotor and smooth transition to reverse scimitar shape at ending part of rotor. Third versions provides for aggregate of blades and is represented as multiple-flighted screw. In all versions, common surface of two blades displaced in diametrical opposition to each other, is represented as non-closed surface of Moebius band.
EFFECT: improvement of heat removal effectiveness, simplification of design and reduction of weight and sizes.
