SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, and deals with water, stable, sterile pharmaceutical composition of argatroban, thrombine inhibitor, in solution, which contains 0.01-3 n acid for solubilisation of argatroban, buffer agent for supporting pH of the solution from approximately 4.5 to 5.5, from 1 to 100 mg/ml of agent, which regulates osmotic properties, which in fact does not contain dehydrated alcohol, also described is method of its obtaining, and pharmaceutical solution is stable for, at least, 24 months.
EFFECT: obtaining stable pharmaceutical composition.
