FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining-and-processing equipment, namely, to loose materials grading to particle sizes and may be used in mining, metallurgy, etc. Proposed screen comprises box with sieves fitted on supports with flexible elements, vibrator and drive with shaft with eccentric weights. Proposed screen comprises frame arranged on the box to accommodate encased vibrator. Housing side surfaces have cylindrical ledges to accommodate vibrator to turn thereon in the frame and to secure spring rings therein by bolts. Said housing has also a hole to secure shackle top end therein for vibrator to be secured in the frame for required angle of inclination to box screens surfaces. The frame is provided with holes to secure shackle bottom end, center of circle of said end is located on the axis of cylindrical ledges used to adjust said inclination angle. Axis of cylindrical ledges is aligned with drive shaft rotational axis.
EFFECT: simplified design, reduced readjustment interval.
