SUBSTANCE: cartridge (20) of a safety razor attached to its handle comprises an assembly (22) of blades and a bed plate (40) attached to the blade assembly and enveloping it. The blade assembly comprises multiple blades. The blades are arranged along appropriate axes (36) parallel to each other. The bed plate has an outer border (50) and a rotary structure (55). The outer border of the bed plate determines the outer border of the blade cartridge. The rotary structure determines the axis of the cartridge rotation relative to the handle. The axis of rotation is located inside the stand in front of blade axes. The cartridge also comprises front and back parts, the distance between which makes from 6 to 12 mm. Application of a standard frame is provided, where blades are arranged, and a possibility is available to add bed plates of various configuration to it.
