SUBSTANCE: safety razor comprises a cartridge with a unit of blades comprising at least one blade, a handle having a housing and a rotary connection joint located between the blade unit and the housing of the handle. The blade unit is connected to the housing of the handle by the rotary connection joint made with the ability of rotating around the axis perpendicular to the at least one blade. The rotary connection joint comprises the first element connected to the blade unit and including a section of connection, the second element connected to the housing of the handle and including a section of connection, and a connecting element for rotary connection of the section of connection of the first element with the section of connecting of the second element; and the connecting element comprises an axis of rotation located between the connecting sections of the first and second elements and made in the form of a perpendicular axis.

EFFECT: ability to track the contour of the skin during shaving and ease of manufacture of the razor is provided.
