SUBSTANCE: device to break bridging of low-loose heap of combine harvester hopper comprises a vibroplate installed on elastic stands parallel to a ramp bottom of the hopper vessel and joined by a connecting link to a hydraulic vibrator, which makes vibrations with the frequency of 10 Hz and amplitude of 3 mm. On the vibroplate a vibration sheet is installed with rigidly fixed plates, which are longitudinal to the direction of a heap movement, and cross plates, which are hingedly fixed on them, which are joined to each other in a similar manner by means of a traction rod in the lower part fixed to the hopper vessel. At the same time a through gap is available between the lower edge of the cross plates and the vibration sheet, and the distance from the upper end to the axis of the cross plates hinged joint exceeds the distance from the hinged joint axis to the point of the cross plate fixation with the traction rod ten times.

EFFECT: increased stability of the process of discharging a heap liable to bridging from the combine harvester hopper.
