FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to storage of loose materials and may be used for prevention of arching in process of material discharge from hopper. Device for discharge of low loose heap from hopper comprises movable wall from two vibration sheets that consist of longitudinal and transverse plates with windows between them for heap passage. Upper vibration sheet with its one end is fixed by elastic springs to combine body, and with its other end it is attached to lower vibration sheet with the help of rope passing through movable unit. Lower vibration sheet is rigidly fixed by means of bolts to vibration plate, which produces vibrations of vibration sheets for collapse of loose material arch. Both vibration sheets are arranged on single side of hopper.
EFFECT: device provides for reliable process of low loose material discharge from hopper.
