FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to autonomous complexes of the peat raw materials extraction with natural moisture content and intended for the excavated raw materials primary processing. Device includes a key separator, installed under the receiving hopper on a single base, separating entering during the production process peat raw material into fractions. Ripper-manipulator can, if necessary, crush the peat lumps and extract large pieces of wood residues, transferring them to a wood shredder and further to the crusher hopper. Crusher hopper walls are made in the form of endless belts and are equipped with hooks. Enabling averaging by quality, granulometric composition, stabilizing the raw peat raw material physical and mechanical properties for the production of energy-dense fuel, reducing the risks of fires on the peat fields, there is no need in the peat production wood wastes storages.
EFFECT: process equipment of the module is interconnected by conveyor transport with a tirr separator.
