FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: analyser comprises optically coupled plane-polarised laser emitter, a beam splitter for interrogation and reference beam generation, a beam convergence and focusing block (CFB) and a photodetector with its output being coupled with an input of a processing and registering unit (PRU). The CFB accommodates optically coupled objective lens and a microchip capillary. A filter of pore size 0.2 to 1.2 mcm is provided on an analysed sample drainage and/or capillary supply line. At an input of the PRU, there is an analogue-to-digital converter (ADC), while the CFB is characterised by a convergence angle calculated by: where α is a interrogation and reference beam convergence angle; d is a laser emitter beam diametre, cm; F is a focal length of the CFB objective lens, cm; f is ADC sampling frequency, Hz; λ is a wave length of the laser emitter, cm; n is a refractive index of the analysed sample; νmax is a maximum particle velocity in the sample, cm/s.
EFFECT: invention provides higher accuracy of micro sample analysis for particle size and velocity.
