FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: spool workpiece is made from spring wire by winding in the form of spiral, and cut off coil is equipped with lock in the form of slots and studs with pin, which enter each other; pin is pressed into one of the studs and freely enters the other end of the spool which contains recess of the section in the zone of the lock with possibility of its free passage between drive and hold-down rollers, and end face brake is provided with hold-down tool decreasing the loosening of the wire coil tightening on the toroid after the loop goes from under the end face brake.
EFFECT: simplifying the manufacturing process of spool of high-speed winding machine of toroidal magnetic conductors, which is capable of operating in stable manner at increased rotation speed of the spool at quality laying of winding wire and with minimum wastes.
