SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering immediately dealing with coil-winding equipment for toroidal magnetic circuit insulation. The proposed toroidal magnetic circuit insulation technique is as follows: the insulation tape end becomes attached to the magnetic circuit, the magnetic tape is laid and wound round the magnetic circuit through roller spool rotation combined with simultaneous winding onto the spool. The insulation tape is tensioned through the braker belt providing for it wrapping round the rollers at each rotation instance.
EFFECT: enhanced quality of toroidal core insulation.
