SUBSTANCE: when a user device is switched on, the control terminal determines whether the user device is locate on the LAN side. The control terminal switches the NAT gateway through the function switch of the user device on the LAN side, and the user device selects an operation to detect the delay time for transmitting the network address or without the operation. The control terminal establishes the parametre of the user device. The user device sends a heartbeat message to the control terminal in accordance with the time interval. The control terminal sends a request for UDP control to the user device. The user device is associated with the control terminal using multiple protocol messages in accordance with the control request. The control terminal initiates control in the user device. This invention provides real-time control of the control terminal and is adapted to controlling a control device using associated SNMP protocol or TR-069 protocol technologies.
EFFECT: high efficiency of controlling a user device through a NAT gateway in large internal networks, providing compatibility with different protocols.
