FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for usage in food industry, in particular for preparation of broth, soup, sauce, sauce seasoning or dressing or for application as a condiment. The concentrated product contains salt and/or starch/flour and one or more of the following ingredients: fat, flavouring and/or aromatic substances. The method involves stages of ingredients stirring, forming a part of the mixture by way of roll compaction, packing the solid concentrated product into a container. The closed container has a volume, at least, 10% more than the solid concentrated product volume. During formation one uses a roll pair with at least one of the rolls having concave forming sections.

EFFECT: inventions allow producing solid concentrated products with specified size; these products may be easily crumbed.
