SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to disposable syringes for injections. The syringe comprises a cell capped in its one face and provided with an elastic membrane in the other face, a piston rod having a tip to attach a hollow needle head. The head has a side port. The needle is enclosed in the cylinder. Said syringe comprises at least one supplementary cylinder. The cylinders are integrated in an assembly, have the equal/different diametres, the common cap and the common membrane, while the rods are joined together. The syringe can be effectively applied in-field, in emergencies when a patient needs acute care.

EFFECT: use of the offered syringe saves time substantially.
