FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to devices for subcutaneous, intramuscular, intravenous and intraosseous administrations of liquid drugs placed in ampoules or carpules used for disposable injections. A disposable carpule device for drug administration comprises a cylindrical body with finger supports on one side and a fixation assembly with an injection needle at a case end face of the body on the other side, a needle safety cap and a safety attachment to be moved on the injection needle and fixed on the cylindrical body upon injection termination. The body encloses a piston drug carpule movable in the cylindrical body. The carpule integrates an opening control system put from the piston and executed in the form of a body having a flange on one side and a breakable portion on the other side. The injection needle is double-pointed. The needle is placed in a guide bushing of the fixation assembly, has an injection portion and a drug intake portion. An end face of the guide bushing from the drug intake portion sets against a counterpart of the carpule rubber piston. Additionally, the fixation assembly comprises a flange and a caved return blocker with a socket in between to enclose the flange provided on the safety attachment. The safety attachment comprises a hold-down which while pressing the blocker blocks the carpule return due to the flange of the opening control system.

EFFECT: reduced injection time, eliminated potential reuse of the syringe, ensured high degree of sterility of the injection devices and personnel safety after injection manipulations, as well as high output pressure generation to be used for intra-articular administration of the liquid drugs and enabled application of the device for intramuscular, intravenous and subcutaneous injections.
