FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for its use in light industry. Technical result was achieved by method of outerwear manufacturing, characterised by the fact that outerwear back, forepart, sleeve pieces are cut using curves from heat insulation material with an adhesive composition at one side, the fabric is laid face down horizontally on a table, and the fabric is chosen with ornament or pattern, for example, the fabric of a rectangular headscarf, the fabric is fixed on the table, and outerwear back, forepart, sleeve pieces made of heat insulation material are laid on the fabric, or heat insulation pieces are laid on the table with the adhesive composition up, and then the fabric is laid onto heat insulation material pieces with its reverse side. Then axis of symmetry is drawn on each heat insulation material stock, and this axis is arranged in accordance with position of each ornament element on a reference model of outerwear, which is used to produce the garment, place of the fabric ornament element location is chosen on the heat insulation material piece by means of displacement and rotation of heat insulation material piece in horizontal plane relative to the ornament element on the fabric or by means of the fabric displacement and rotation relative to the heat insulation material piece in the same plane, while each axis of the heat insulation material piece is put in the position complying with the arrangement of the ornament element on the outerwear model. The heat insulation material piece is turned by a chosen angle relative to any axis of the fabric symmetry, the fabric ornament element image is fixed on the heat insulation material piece by means of the fabric gluing with the heat insulation material. On completion of operations the glued pieces are removed from the table, and back, forepart, sleeve pieces are cut from the fabric along perimetres of the heat insulation material pieces, edges of produced glued fabric pieces are fixed, and back, foreparts, sleeves glued with the heat insulation material are produced, which are then attached to each other. In method realisation transparent curves and a transparent table are used, and a source of light arranged under the table shines through the table, the heat insulation material, the fabric and curves when place is selected to locate an element of the fabric ornament on the heat insulation material piece and place to locate axis of the heat insulation material piece symmetry relative to the axis of the fabric symmetry.
EFFECT: reduced labour intensiveness of outerwear manufacturing and improvement of its quality.
