METHOD TO MANUFACTURE ELEMENTS OF OUTERWEAR FROM ORNAMENT FABRIC OF LIMITED SIZE Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC A41B3/00 A41D1/00 

FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing of outerwear, preferably, from ornament fabric. The method is characterised by the fact that whenever specified elements of wear are made, templates are laid onto ornament rectangular fabric, and using which, blanks of wear parts are cut from fabric. At the same time templates on fabrics of limited size are arranged so that they go out of fabric limits with its ends. Templates are aligned along axes of rectangular fabric, so that longitudinal axes of templates are parallel to diagonals of the fabric rectangle, or so that they are arranged at the inclined angle to the fabric warp, or so that longitudinal axes of templates are arranged in parallel to fabric warp. After specified alignment of templates of parts, templates of cuts are laid onto fabric so that ornament of the cut edge matched with ornament of wear part edge on the fabric. Using templates, blanks of wear parts are cut, as well as cut blanks, then the edge ornament of each cut is matched with ornament of the part edge, edges of cuts are sewn with edges of wear parts, and blanks of wear parts are produced in the unfolded form. Then fabric of each part blank in its unfolded form is flattened, glued at the inner side, strengthened and warmed.

EFFECT: reduced labour intensiveness of making wear parts and improvement of their quality from fabric of limited size.
