SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device arranged with the possibility to dispense (release) a hair care agent in working mode. The invention objective is to develop a device, having high ratio of absorption relative to hair care agent, and arranged with the possibility, being in the working condition, to hold the absorbed agent in its inner volume for the time requested, to avoid losses of the specified agent. The device is arranged with the possibility to dispense the hair care agent in working mode. The above specified device comprises a bearing material impregnated with the specified agent and made of polyolefin two-component fibre.

EFFECT: making it possible, being in working mode, to release all agent it contains during the limited period of time by means of evaporation, and arrangement with the possibility to withstand high temperatures without emission of hazardous or toxic substances and without damage.
