SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices for cosmetic or dermatological treatment of human keratinous tissue, skin, scalp or hair using electric current. Disclosed is an apparatus for treating human keratinous tissue by electric current, comprising a container, which contains a cosmetic or dermatological composition to be applied on the keratinous tissue, an end element for application of the composition contained in the container, which contains applicators and a distributor. Distributor comprises at least one accumulation cavity for composition and feeding holes to ensure passage of composition from accumulation cavity or cavities to applicators. Distributor is designed so that the flow rate of the composition entering the applicators is equal within 20 % for at least two applicators, preferably for each applicator. At that, at least two feed holes have different cross sections, so as to compensate at least in part for difference in path length, which passes composition to enter corresponding sockets and/or at least part of applicators is not located above cavity or cavities.

EFFECT: invention provides higher clinical effectiveness in human keratinous tissues.
