FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gynecology. Shin and peroneal nerves of both lower extremities are stimulated. It is followed with determining a latent period and amplitudes of M-responses of the shin and peroneal nerves, knee nerve conduction, S1 spinal root conduction and F-wave detection rate. If observing simultaneous decrease of knee shin nerve conduction, amplitudes of M-responses of the shin and peroneal nerves, S1 spinal root conduction and time, absence or decrease of F-wave detection rate, an axonal demyelinating involvement of nerve stems, spinal roots is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method allows specifying aetiology of the disease and conducting a well-timed treatment.
