FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery, and is used together with implanted bandages for correction of disorders requiring medical intervention. A drive comprises first and second ends; at least one side wall extended between said first and second ends and forming an internal cavity second by the ends and having a variable internal volume, said at least one side wall determines a coordinate. Said first and second ends determine the length in between along said coordinate, said drive has the variable length in response to varying said internal volume. Said variation of the internal volume is regulated by a flow pressure source. Said first end is mechanically coupled with said bandage so that variation of said length makes said internal perimetre to vary. Said at least one side wall contains first and second distanced side walls of complementary shape.
EFFECT: invention provides bidirectional flow regulation for stoma size increase and decrease.
