SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relate to medicine. Method of sterilisation of implanted medical device in accordance with the first version includes providing implanted medical device, constructed in such a way as to be located in patient's abdominal cavity. Implanted medical device is in electric connection with internal control unit, which contains any number of electronic components, made in such a way as to be stable to certain dose of radiation. At least, one of electric components contains Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory (MRAM). At least, one of electronic components is made with possibility of measuring flowing medium pressure inside implanted medical device. Method also includes supply of certain dose of radiation to implanted medical device. In accordance with the second version method includes providing implanted medical device, which contains any number of electronic components, made with possibility of controlling implanted medical device. At least, one of electronic components contains Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory (MRAM). At least, one of electronic components is made with application of technology "silicon-on-insulator" with sapphire insulator. Method also includes supply of radiation to implanted medical device for its sterilisation. In accordance with the third version method includes providing implanted medical device, containing any number of electronic components, made with possibility of controlling implanted medical device. At least, one of electronic components contains Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory (MRAM). At least, one of electronic components is made with application of technology "silicon-on-insulator" with silicon dioxide insulator. Supply of radiation to implanted medical device for its sterilisation.

EFFECT: inventions ensure stability to irradiation impact in the process of sterilisation.
