FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fields of molecular biology, virology, immunology and medicine. Described is composition, which contains a virus-like particle or (HPV) RNA bacteriophage and at least one antigen, where HPV is obtained in a recombinant way in host and where quantity of host's RNA, which secondary structure is contained in HPV, consist maximum 20% from hosts RNA quantity, whose secondary structure is originally contained in HPV; and where HPV and at least one antigen are coupled with each other. Also described are methods of composition obtaining, claimed in invention. Compositions can be applied for obtaining vaccines, intended for treatment of diseases, malfunctions and conditions. In addition, it is the most reasonable to apply claimed in invention compositions for effective induction of humoral immune responsesto antigen, reducing or eliminating undesirable T-cell responses.
EFFECT: development of effective method of obtaining compositions.
