SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the sphere of printing. Method to manufacture sealed, stamped and heat-seal-lacquer-coated plate, when a heat seal lacquer is applied onto printed material. Besides, coloured printed patterns of the plate are printed on the printed material in one printing device with the help of one or several type forms. In other printing device, with the help of one or several type forms, relief printing elements or plate printed patterns are stamped, sealing fringe of heat seal lacquer is applied onto the printed material with the help of one printed form, to substantially limit the plate, and then the plate is carved from the printed material.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to rationally and efficiently manufacture plates.
