FIELD: nanotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to methods for production of nanocomposite metal-polymeric materials in the form of pipes or sections and may be used to manufacture structural composite materials and multilayer pipes to transport liquid and gaseous media. Method includes continuous application of adhesive and polymer onto surface of a metal stock and formation of items from metal-polymeric material. Prior to application of adhesive and polymer onto metal surface, a nanosize relief or submicrosize relief, or a nano-microsize relief is formed on surface of metal. Specified relief is formed by exposure to high-voltage discharges of atmospheric pressure, which represent high-voltage discharges with streamer disruption of discharge gap.
EFFECT: increased strength of metal-polymer connection in industrial manufacturing of metal-polymeric plates, tapes, sections, multilayer metal-polymeric pipes to at least 100…150 N/10 mm.
