FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: installation consists of fast-acting heating furnace mounted above reservoir of bath for application of coating. Heating capacity of this furnace has rate of heating 30°C/sec or higher at peak temperature 500°C or above. Also, the installation consists of furnace for conditioning/cooling. This furnace is installed above the sad fast-acting heating furnace to process a steel plate moving upward in vertical direction and coming from the said fast-acting heating furnace by conditioning and/or cooling. The said furnace for conditioning/cooling consists of a section of conditioning including devices for conditioning the steel plate at 500 - 650°C and of a section of steel plate cooling at average rate of cooling 5°C/sec or above. Ratio of length of both sections, as well as positioning of the said sections of conditioning and cooling in the furnace are easily reset.

EFFECT: production of high qualitative steel plate zinc-coated by hot galvanising and possessing high characteristics of fluidity and adhesion due to processing under optimal conditions at each moment of time regardless of rapid changes of steel type, of degree for coating application and other exterior factors.
