Abstract RU 2424331 C2

FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: there is used furnace for continuous annealing. Upon heating hot-rolled sheet for re-crystallisation, sheet is cooled in the furnace within part of temperature range or in whole temperature range from 600 to 250°C with application of one or more facilities of gas cooling, effusive cooling and cooling by means of cooling pipeline or combined equipment furnished with such furnace of continuous operation for annealing hot rolled sheet and with bath of hot galvanising, in melt of which sheet is immersed. After the furnace steel sheet is subjected to hot galvanising in a bath and is conditioned in the said range of temperature in iron oxidising medium for oxidation of sheet surface. Further, the sheet is counter-etched at outlet from the furnace for annealing. Iron or nickel coating with thickness from 1 to 50 mg/m2 is applied on the sheet.

EFFECT: production of steel sheet with excellent chemical processability.
