FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: to the diagram there is introduced the second single-cycle PWM-controller which provides the required shift of control pulses supplied to gate of modulating MIS-transistor relative to control pulses supplied to gates of charging metal-insulator-semiconductor (MIS) transistors, i.e. control pulse is shaped only at the time interval when direct current semi-wave flows in secondary winding of transformer. So, in the proposed diagram there implemented is control only of direct current semi-wave of resonant circuit, i.e. non-linearity of control characteristic of converter is decreased, which enlarges control range of output voltage. Possibility of broad-band regulation of output voltage with high stabilisation coefficient in its turn allows enlarging the application area of the proposed converter. Besides, in the proposed diagram the power transformer has only one secondary winding; thus, mass and dimensions parametres of converter are improved.

EFFECT: enlarging functional capabilities of converter, and namely providing wide-range regulation of output voltage with high stabilisation coefficient, enlarging application area of converter, and improving its mass and dimensions parametres.
