FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to converting equipment, in particular to converters with low input voltage, and can be used in power supply systems of devices in radio engineering, computer science and automation. Damping circuit formed by the first limiting resistor and the first limiting capacitor connected in series, and an active excess-voltage suppressor consisting of a limiting capacitor, a diode, an additional MIS transistor and a limiting resistor are introduced into the control circuit and the power circuit of the converter.
EFFECT: improved weight and size indicators of the converter, increased efficiency and reduced radio interference.
