SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an accessory to locate documents, comprising at least two first folds, which are hingedly connected to each other with the specified documents (8) inserted in an insulated manner into pockets arranged with an overlap and displacement. Lines of these small pockets opening are arranged in parallel to the axis of the hinged connection of the folds so that these documents are arranged with their ledges (11, 12), representing a visible and uncovered edge. For two adjacent folds, the ledges (11, 12) are arranged with one and the same direction of insertion, besides, the document located in the highest position, at one of the folds, adjoins the document located in the lowest position at the other fold, so that in case when these two folds are folded one onto the other, two combinations of the ledges (11, 12), being layered one onto the other with displacement, reduce the total thickness. It is applied for wallets, for multifunctional notebooks and for files designed to hold documents.
EFFECT: development of an accessory for documents holding, designed to hold a large quantity of documents.
