SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, and deals with medication for prevention and treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS), associated with BPH, which contains formula (1) compound, and relaxant for relaxation of unstriped urethra muscles and unstriped prostatic muscles, which contains formula (I) compound.
EFFECT: medication can by means of nitrogen oxide ensure suppression of PDE-5 activity, which destroys c-GMP, and ensures nitrogen oxide-mediated relaxation of urethra unstriped muscles or prostatic gland unstriped muscles with reduction of intraurethral pressure (UP), thus ensuring treatment of BPH and LUTS, associated with BPH; in addition, time, necessary for achieving maximal concentration in blood is shorter and period of semiejection is longer in comparison with other PDE-5 inhibitors, therefore, introduction factor is lower, and medication in the invention, which demonstrates fewer side effects, can be efficiently used as safe medication.
