FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to otolaryngology, and can be used for treatment of chronic tonsillitis. For this purpose introduced is derinate with simultaneous sanitisation of tonsils with 0.5% dioxydin solution. Derinate is introduced in dose of 5 drops into each nasal passage 3 times per day. Course of treatment is 7 days. Such treatment is carried out not less than one time per six months.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain long-term disease remission and reduce the number of chronic tonsillitis recurrence.
