SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology, and can be used for treating chronic decompensated tonsillitis. Method consists in a submucous infiltration injection of the patient's ultra-saturated thrombocyte autoplasma into the upper and lower parts (poles) of both palatine tonsils. Introduction is carried out by a single amount of plasma 0.5 ml into the upper and lower pole of the right and left tonsils.

EFFECT: using the given method enables improving the tonsil's drain function by eliminating inflammation and tonsil hypertrophy that excludes recurrences of the disease within a year.
