FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Proposed crane system comprises, at least, one lifting unit engaged with, at least, one rail to drive lifting unit on over the rail attached to construction structure, jib crane with rotary and turning mechanism to support one end of boom with, at least, one telescoping bar to reach any point on the structure or above it, transport facility to move lifting unit to hold it nearby the rail to be secured thereto or released therefrom. Lifting unit is equipped with load bearing elements that allow attachment of lifting unit to construction structure. Transport facility incorporates one standard mounting position to accommodate lifting unit thereon. Construction site has, at least, one standard position to mount jib crane to operate it nearby construction structure, separately from transport facility.
