FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: braced framing of a building comprises columns, beams (crossbars) of one direction, spacers of the other direction and bracing. Spacers at floors are arranged as latticed with parallel belts and are fixed to columns along belts in a hinged manner, between spacers there are latticed stands with parallel belts with a gap from columns and are fixed to them in several units along floors height and to spacers along belts in a hinged manner, and braces between spacers and stands are fixed to spacers in any unit, apart from the one neighbouring with the column.
EFFECT: simplified design, increased horizontal rigidity and improved operation of entire framing under load, improved indices of material consumption, reduced manufacturing costs, simplified assembly.
