SUBSTANCE: electric power station includes the building of electric power station, power plant, generator of electric current, heat control panel, step-up substation; at that, power plant is made in the form of several similar units, and each unit represents hollow toroid vertically installed and having a valve inside inner part, and in lower part it is connected to inlet and outlet cavities of bladed motor; rotors of all bladed motors are fixed on common shaft; in middle part of each toroid there is water-tube heater on one side, the furnace of which is connected to pump unit including air heater, atomiser, liquid fuel supply pump, igniting device, drive electric motor; on the other side, each toroid has water-tube cooler connected to cooling system containing compressor, cooling radiator, drying filter, capillary nozzle opening inside the housing-evaporator, which are attached to each other by means of pipelines, heat regulator, drive electric motor, cooling system is filled with freon, inner cavity of each toroid is filled with low-boiling liquid which is operating body of power plant, control mechanisms of which are connected to control system of fuel and air supply of water-tube heater and control system of cooling degree of water-tube cooler.

EFFECT: invention allows saving fuel, cheapening the construction and improving environmental situation.
