FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: test bench consists of receiver, of electro-pneumatic valve, of gas pipe with flange, of nozzle simulator for attaching tested nozzle cover, of replaceable throttle nozzle and of pressure gauges. A cylinder groove is cut on an external side of the flange of the gas pipe coaxially to its axis. A coupling with an undercut and through radial channels is fixed in the groove. The replaceable throttle nozzle is installed in an additional groove of the gas pipe flange along its axis. The undercut of the coupling is made in form of a spherical segment with base diametre exceeding diametre of a minimal section of the replaceable throttle nozzle. Through radial channels of the coupling enter a cavity formed with the nozzle simulator pressed to the flange of the gas pipe by means of a tested cover and the flange. Flow area of each radial channel increases compared to a preceding one from centre to periphery, while axis of each radial channel runs through centre of spherical surface of the undercut.
EFFECT: conditions for test of cover approximated to field ones; reduced operational expenditures.
