FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: test bench for testing the sealing plug of the angular nozzle includes a base, a pneumatic pressure tank, an electric pneumatic valve, a throttle washer, an adapter for mounting the tested plug, a nozzle flare simulator, measurement and video monitoring systems. Adapter is made in the form of pre-nozzle volume simulator, on which detachable bushing with calibrated hole for mounting of tested plug is fixed at angle to its axis and axis of throttle washer. In the detachable bushing along the contour of abutment of the tested plug there made are radial measuring channels with pressure sensors placed in one planes with vibration sensors installed on the nozzle flare simulator along its generatrices. Video surveillance system includes a LED source electrically connected to the electric pneumatic valve, located opposite to one of the cameras of the video surveillance system and in the plane of the cut of the simulator of the nozzle flare. During testing of angular nozzle sealing plug inner surface of tested plug is loaded with dynamic pneumatic control, parameters of opening of the plug are measured and video registration of trajectory of its flight behind the nozzle edge is provided. Simultaneously with loading of the inner surface of the tested plug with dynamic pneumatic pressure change is recorded on the external surface of the plug along the contour of its attachment to the nozzle. After plug opening, change of amplitude of vibrations of nozzle mouth wall along its generatrices is recorded, synchronizing process of video registration of flight trajectory of plug with beginning of loading of its inner surface by dynamic pneumatic control at the moment of passage by plug of nozzle edge. Moment of flight by the plug of the nozzle edge is fixed during video registration as reduction of illumination of the nozzle edge from the LED source, which is switched on simultaneously with command supply to the start of loading of the inner surface of the tested plug by dynamic pneumatic control.

EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to estimate the deformation character of tested plug of engine angular nozzle at destruction and determine actual flight trajectory.
