SUBSTANCE: food preparation device has a coolant flow trajectory passing from the rear space into the lower space; the device contains a cooking cavity, a rear space located behind the cooking cavity and a lower space located under the cooking cavity. The coolant flow trajectory passes from the rear space into the lower space. An inlet for the coolant flow trajectory is arranged in the rear space; an outlet for the coolant flow trajectory is arranged in the lower space.
EFFECT: increasing extension of the flow path inside the device and effective cooling of the food preparation device.
