FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: food preparation device contains a cooking cavity and a component compartment positioned on the cooking cavity backside and equipped with multiple components used in the process of food preparation in the cooking cavity. The said multiple components contain at least two of the following elements: a convectional heating unit, a magnetron, a high-voltage transformer and a high-voltage capacitor. The back frame is provided on the cooking cavity backside; the outer case is connected to the back frame to enclose the upper and the both lateral sides of the cooking cavity. The lid is connected to the back frame or the outer case for formation of the component compartment behind the cooking cavity. A cooling ventilator is provided by the back frame in the component compartment for air flow generation for cooling of at least a part of the multiple components.
EFFECT: increase of the cooking cavity height and width.
