FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: heat exchanger is proposed, comprising a packet of plates, in every of which there is at least one row of hollow cone-shaped ledges arranged, besides, ledges of one plate enter holes near base of the adjacent plate ledges to form pipe cavities for passage of one of fluids (for instance, hot water) through the heat exchanger. According to the invention, at two opposite edges of each plate along their whole length there are trough-shaped ledges arranged, besides, trough-shaped ledges of one plate enter grooves of trough-shaped ledges of the adjacent plate until tight contact of their side surfaces to form cavities between trough-shaped ledges at the opposite edges of each plate, which are sealed at the edges of the plate and are intended for passage of the second medium between the plates, and this medium participates in heat exchange with the medium passing along pipe cavities.
EFFECT: development of heat exchanger, where two various media that participate in heat exchange with each other are used in the same body.
