SUBSTANCE: system comprises the following components connected by means of Internet or other communication channels - a server of a processing centre and at least one remotely distanced terminal of customers application with an interface of a request for a service rendering, equipped with a multifunctional scanning device and devices of visual and sound information exchange, with which at least one automated workplace (AWP) of an operator is connected via the processing centre, at the same time the server of the processing centre in the operator's work module contains serial module of identification and module of verification, the customer database and reference databases and/or prohbiting databases, which are connected to a module of automatic identification to detect/read and verification of identification documents provided by the customer. At the same time the customer identity identification is done without his or her preliminary registration only on the basis of an electronic copy of at least one identification document of the customer received from the application terminal, using subjective identification, and the customer identity is verified during a session of audio-video communication held in real-time mode.

EFFECT: higher reliability of financial services rendering technology with expansion of functional possibility of their rendering.
