SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of organising financial services. The system enables to use various data transmission formats and comprises, connected via the Internet, at least one information-financial/payment system which initiates a transaction, at least one information-financial/payment system which authorises a transaction and an integrated processing centre which includes a plurality of adapter sets. Said centre comprises interlinked: a module for selecting an information-financial/payment system which authorises a transaction; a module for checking compliance of the information-financial/payment system which authorises a transaction with rules; an administration module; a database of transaction authorisation rules for each information-financial/payment system; a database of information-financial/payment systems which authorise a transaction, with categories and an identifier of the corresponding adapter; a database of references of information-financial/payment systems containing a list of terms and location of rendering services. The method describes operation of the system.
EFFECT: simplifying and unifying operation of a financial system with integration with other payment systems.
