FIELD: fire-fighting equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means and devices of fire rescue, particularly of infant evacuation from fire areas in maternity and general hospitals. Infant fire escape device is manufactured of durable, wear-resistant and fireproof fabric in the form of rectangular cloth, including front and rear aprons formed by cloth folding along middle transverse line of the length equal to rescuer body width, with a hole for rescuer's head in the middle, where length of each apron is equal to distance from rescuer's shoulder top to knee, and two voluminous pockets are attached from bottom to waist of each apron.
EFFECT: fast and efficient evacuation of infants from fire area by one rescuer, with account of narrow passages in building.
