FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: reinforcement steel produced by hot rolling is hardened by simultaneous bending by alternating loads and axial stretching by drawing through system of guiding and bending rolls. Relative elongation of, at least, 25% at maximum load, and adequate strength properties inherent in steel class A400C and higher result from drawing reinforcement steel with yield point making, at least, 65% of that specified in reinforcement steel class specs to which its should correspond after drawing. Note here that total uniform elongation in cold stretching and alternating bending is limited by not over 15% in each pass.
EFFECT: higher stability of strength and ductility of reinforcement steels from carbon low-alloy steel with yield point of 400 N/mm2 and higher.
