FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to recovery of turbo machine BLISK. Proposed method comprises marking repair section on BLISK vanes, removing damaged vane sections, producing inserts and their jointing to vanes by electron-beam welding with welded seam though penetration. Prior to welding, welded seam zone is heated by scanning electron beam. Then, vane damaged areas are removed to minimum stress loads. Inserts are fitted to vanes with the helps of straps and locking all assembled elements. Welding is effected through said straps by scanning electron beam accompanied with thermal treatment of welded seam.
EFFECT: higher quality of welded seam and reduced fatigue strength of vanes.
