FIELD: turbomachines.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the repair of monowheels of turbomachines, such as gas turbine aircraft engines. Linear friction welding of the blade part on the monowheel with the repair part of the blade is carried out. Two parts of the consumable flange are installed in the jaws, each of which is placed on one side of the blade part on the monowheel between its front and rear edges around the contact surface of the blade during welding flush with the specified surface. Both parts of the flange are joined to each other outside the leading and trailing edges of said part of the blade, and the edges of the parts of the flange are held by the corresponding ledges in the jaws. Both parts of the consumable flange are installed with a projection from the jaws by a value that is not less than the flange settlement during welding, with the addition of the maximum thickness of the flash formed during welding. The jaws holding the flange are fixedly fixed to the part of the blade on the unicycle. At the welded end of the repair part of the blade along the periphery of its feather, an allowance is made, the outer contour of which coincides with the outer contour of the flange. Linear friction welding is performed with gas shielding of the heating zone along the periphery of the blade part on the monowheel by supplying gas through the internal channels made in the jaws into the gap between the flange parts and the said part of the blade.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a defect-free weld when repairing monowheel blades using linear friction welding.
