SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and operation of sailing vessels. Proposed sailing vessel comprises hull 1, superstructure 2, mast 3 with sail 4 and steering device 5. Said sail represents rectangular frame 6 with guides 7 to displace louvers 8 to be coiled into roll. Said frame may turn about mast through 360°.
