FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in producing heated site with its surface accommodating heating tubes with heat carrier circulating therein. Site surface heating and melting of ice located thereon are carried out by heat power generated by heat pumps of heat-and-cold supply system. Low-potential heat source is made up of atmospheric air bled directly from aforesaid heated site.
EFFECT: efficient ice melting.
